Every cake is made to order — size, flavour, colour, message, date and address. In chat all of it stays written down: we find your order instantly, you can change something whenever you need, and nothing gets lost. On a call there's nothing to check back against — and that's exactly where mistakes happen.
The cake and all its add-ons will be removed from your cart. The item will be removed from your cart.
