Shipping policy
We deliver in Sofia only, with our own drivers
We deliver every cake ourselves. We do not use courier companies (Econt, Speedy or others), because a cake with fresh cream and hand-made decoration does not survive courier handling. That means we deliver within Sofia only.
We serve 75 neighbourhoods. You choose your neighbourhood from a list when ordering — it is not detected automatically from the address, so please select the correct one.

The slot is chosen at checkout. Neighbourhoods in the late zone have the late slot only.
We cannot guarantee an exact time within the slot. The driver calls ahead.
Delivery fee
The fee depends on your neighbourhood and is between €6 and €25. The exact amount is shown before payment, once you have selected your neighbourhood.
Collection
You can collect your cake from ul. Prof. Hristo Vakarelski 11д, Sofia, in an agreed time slot.
For collection, the Transport and storage instructions in our Refund policy apply — the risk of damage passes to you at the moment of handover.
When we can take an order
- Bento cakes — same-day orders accepted until 12:00.
- Maxi and larger cakes — a minimum of 3 days in advance. This cannot be shortened by paying extra; it is the time the cake actually takes.
- We work Wednesday to Sunday. We do not bake or deliver on Monday and Tuesday.
- Closure periods are removed from the calendar at checkout. If you cannot see the date you want, it is not available.
If we cannot reach you
Please keep your phone reachable during the chosen slot, and give a complete address including entrance, floor and apartment.
If nobody is there to receive the cake, or the phone is unreachable, the delivery is treated as failed for reasons attributable to the customer and no refund is due. We will try to arrange a second delivery if the cake is still fit and we have capacity; a second delivery is charged separately.
Wrong address
If the address you gave is wrong and this is discovered on site, the same applies. If you spot the mistake in time, message us immediately — we will correct it if the cake has not left yet.
Damage in delivery
The driver photographs the cake at the moment of handover. If a cake is handed over in an unacceptable state, see our Returns, complaints and refunds policy.
