1. Who we are

This site is operated by Bankay Kraft OOD („Банкай Крафт“ ООД), company number (ЕИК) 208268301, registered office: ul. Prof. Hristo Vakarelski No. 11-D, bl. 5, fl. 1, Sofia, Bulgaria. The company is VAT registered, VAT number BG208268301.

Referred to below as "we", "us" and "Bakehunters".

2. How the contract is formed

  1. You choose the design, size, sponge, filling, colour, message, date and collection method.
  2. You pay on the site, or select cash on delivery.
  3. The order goes into review. Every order is reviewed by us before it is confirmed.
  4. The contract is formed only when you receive our confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil the order — the date is full, the design is not possible, we lack capacity — we tell you and refund 100% of anything you have paid.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Additional amounts may apply and are shown at the time of ordering: dark colours, decoration add-ons, a rush fee, and a delivery fee depending on your neighbourhood.
  • We accept card payment and cash on delivery.
  • Orders dated more than 30 days ahead are accepted by card payment only.

4. Ordering deadlines

  • Bento cakes — same-day orders accepted until 12:00. For new customers, an order for the same or the next day carries a rush fee. Ordering 2 or more days ahead carries no fee.
  • Maxi and larger cakes — a minimum of 3 days in advance. This cannot be shortened by paying extra.
  • We work Wednesday to Sunday. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Closure periods are shown in the calendar when you order.

5. Delivery and collection

  • We deliver in Sofia only, with our own drivers, to the neighbourhoods listed. We do not use courier companies.
  • Delivery time slots are chosen at checkout. Some neighbourhoods have a late slot only.
  • The delivery fee depends on the neighbourhood and is shown before payment.
  • Collection is possible from our operating address during opening hours, in the agreed slot.
  • Please keep your phone reachable during the chosen slot. If we cannot reach you at the address, the delivery is treated as failed for reasons attributable to the customer.

6. Transport and storage — acceptance of the instructions

By placing your order you confirm that you have read and accept the Transport and storage instructions published in our Refund policy, and that the risk of damage passes to you at the moment of handover.

For deliveries, the moment of handover is documented by a photograph taken by the driver. For collections, the instructions are also given at handover.

7. Complaints and refunds

These are set out in the Returns, complaints and refunds policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Please note that under Art. 57(3) and 57(4) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, cakes made to individual order are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Content and intellectual property

  • The photographs, designs and text on this site are our property and may not be used without permission.
  • If you supply an image, or request a design containing a third party's trademark, logo or character, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Responsibility for such a request is yours.
  • We reserve the right to decline an order containing offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.

9. Liability

Our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or the costs of an event.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory provisions of Bulgarian law.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by agreement where possible, and otherwise by the competent Bulgarian court.

You may also contact the Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. For an order already confirmed, the version in force at the time of confirmation applies.
