What cake sizes do you offer?
We offer 5 sizes for round and heart-shaped cakes: Bento Classic 12 cm (2-4 servings, from €33), Bento Maxi 16 cm (6-8 servings, from €41), L 20 cm (10-12 servings, from €52), XL 22 cm (14-16 servings, from €69) and XXL 24 cm (18-20 servings, from €75).
What sponge and filling flavours are available?
Sponge: vanilla or cocoa. Filling (choose up to 2): cherry, strawberry and raspberry — no extra charge. Chocolate cream is +€5, and vanilla cheese cream +€3; for sizes L, XL and XXL, +€7.50 and +€4.50 respectively.
What's the difference between a ready-made design and personalisation?
Ready-made design: choose from the collection and personalise the size, sponge, filling, colour and inscription. Full personalisation: besides the main options, you also add extra decorations: illustrations, gold lettering, ribbons and more.
Can I add a message on the cake?
Yes! Every cake can have a short inscription (up to 30 characters). Enter it in the “Inscription on the cake” field when ordering. For longer text, add “Fondant text”.
Which days are you open?
We're open Wednesday to Sunday. We're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday-Saturday: 17:00-20:00, Sunday: 17:00-19:00.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We deliver to 75 neighbourhoods in Sofia with our own transport. The fee depends on the neighbourhood (€6-€25) and you'll see it at checkout. Pickup from the shop is free.
Can I order for today or tomorrow?
We're not taking orders for today. The earliest available date is tomorrow — for Bento and Maxi sizes, with a rush order fee of +€5. Larger cakes need more time: L and XL — 2 days ahead, XXL — 3 days.
How can I pay?
By card — online at checkout or in person at the bakery. Or cash on delivery (cash on pickup or delivery). For orders placed more than 30 days in advance, card payment is required.
How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
Our team reviews the details and you'll receive a confirmation by email. If we have any questions, we'll contact you by phone or email.
