Are the cakes fresh?

Yes! Every cake is made on the day of pickup or delivery. We never use frozen products; everything is fresh, handmade and crafted with attention to every detail.
Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as you reach out at least 2 days before your pickup/delivery date. Message us on Instagram or Messenger.
What if I don't like the cake?

With over 6,000 customers served and an average rating of 4.9/5.0, we're confident in our quality. Every cake looks just like the photos on our site. If you have any specific concerns, we're always here to talk it through and find a solution.
Is it safe to order online?

Completely. We accept card payment (secure online) or cash on delivery at pickup/delivery. After you order, our team personally reviews the details and sends a confirmation by email.
Do you have allergen information?

Our cakes contain gluten, eggs, milk and dairy. Some decorations may contain nuts or soy. If you have a specific allergy, please reach out before ordering and we'll guide you.
